Registration Form

The Spanish Foundation of Pharmacology will award 15 Congress grants of 300 € each to students to support their attendance to the meeting. In addition, the Spanish Society of Pharmacology board will also provide 15 additional grants of the same amount.

To apply for a grant, the applicant must:

  • Be a SEF member.
  • Be a PhD student and provide a certificate stating their student status.
  • Be registered for the meeting.
  • Be the presenting author of one abstract (each abstract allows for one grant application).
  • Send an abbreviated CV.

Send your abbreviated CV, abstract and certificate of student status by email to socesfar@socesfar.es, using the subject line: Grants XLII SEF Meeting”.

– Applications can be sent from March, 1st, 2025 until May, 15th, 2025.

Terms & conditions

  • Registrations by telephone or mail will not be accepted. Registration must be done using the Registration form found above. Only one form per person is allowed.
  • Registration fee must be paid before the deadline for early registration to get the lower registration fee.
  • If student registration is selected, please provide the documents indicated above. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the difference with ordinary registration fee.
  • Full payments are required before the conference start date.

Methods of payment

All payments must be made in Euros (€) to SOCESFAR by Bank Transfer to Sociedad Española de Farmacología to the account number ES74 0075 0227 7006 0051 0915. To ensure proper identification of your payment, please include the following details in the transfer concept: «Registration SEF2025 – [Participant’s Full Name]»

After the bank transfer has been done, please send an email to socesfar@socesfar.es with an attached copy of your bank transfer within 10 working days.

Bank charges for fund transfers are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation policy

  • All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat at  socesfar@socesfar.es.
  • Cancellations received by August 1st, 2025: 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received from August 2nd, 2025 or for registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
  • In the event of total cancellation of the congress, full refunds will be applied to paid registrations.
  • If the Congress is postponed or moved to a virtual format, all paid registrations will be transferred to the new format and/or new dates. Full reimbursement will not apply.
  • The cancellation policy, stated above, will prevail and remain in force until further notice or update.
